All isn't well between James Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite the fact the former No. 1 overall selection remains the starter. The Bucs quarterback reportedly won't have his mural up around Raymond James Stadium for the first time since 2015, according to ESPN sources.

Winston is suspended for the first three games of this upcoming season after the NFL found he violated the personal conduct policy by inappropriately touching a female uber driver in 2016. Winston must obtain a clinical evaluation as part of the discipline according to NFL.com.

“As part of of his discipline, Winston is required to obtain a clinical evaluation and fully cooperate in any recommended program of therapeutic intervention.

“A failure either to obtain the evaluation or to cooperate with treatment will result in further discipline,” the league said in a statement. “In addition, a future violation of the personal conduct policy will result in more substantial discipline, including a potential ban from the NFL.”

The former Florida State Seminoles star has made his fair share of questionable decisions both during college and the NFL.

Winston was also absent from four promotional videos that the team released last week advertising the upcoming season.

Including Winston in the advertisements and mural could be looked at poorly by others around the league. What Winston did to that individual in 2016 was out of line and including him in advertising would be considered tone deaf by most.

Ryan Fitzpatrick and Ryan Griffin will compete for the starting Bucs job during training camp with Fitzpatrick having a big leg up on the competition.
