Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston seems to always be getting himself in trouble and it doesn't seem he has too many chances left before he might see himself on his way out of the NFL. Former great Tony Dungy still has high hopes for what Winston can accomplish but thinks he needs to be a leader all the time if he wants to turn it around.

“For Jameis, he has to be a leader all the time,” Dungy said, via Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times. “He’s a great leader on the field. He’s a great leader in the locker room. He’s a great leader when he’s here. Now, he has to take it on his shoulders to lead off the field and away from the building as well. I’m praying he’ll do that.”

There haven't been questions about Winston's leadership on the field but it seems when he gets off the field and someone isn't watching him, he can get himself in trouble. He has been suspended the first three games of this season for an incident that happened in an Uber.

“He has to figure that out. He has to mature. He has to make this negative situation and turn it into a positive. I saw some things on the field today that led me to believe that’s what he’s trying to do. Now he has to carry that off the field as well. It can be a positive.”

If Winston can figure it out off the field, on the field with the Bucs he can still have a very good career.
