Chicago Bulls veteran forward Thaddeus Young decided to turn back to clock against the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday by catching a lob and spiking it down hard.

Peep the clip below to see the connection between Zach LaVine and Young. Props to LaVine for easily blowing by his defender and recognizing that the defense was collapsing on him. All he had to do was deliver a quick pass to Young who was ready to throw it down.

Young is one of the veterans of the Bulls. Apart from being the locker room voice, Young is also proving that there's a lot left in his gas tank. He's 32-years-old but already boasts of 15 years of experience.

He may also be the reason for the Bulls' constant improvement over the last two seasons. As of Thursday, they sport a 26-39 record which is an improvement from last year's 22-43.

The Bulls have a slim chance at qualifying for the play-in tourney. As such, they know that a lot of work still has to be done. Players need to further hone their skills and perfecting the little details. The management, for their part, needs to continue figuring out and giving what the team needs to succeed. But all in all, many props should be given to the organization.
