The Chicago Bulls have the biggest rest advantage in 2019-20.

A team's rest advantage is defined by the number of games which each team plays with less, equal or more rest than their opponents.

The Bulls are a young team. The oldest player on the roster is small forward Thaddeus Young, who is 31. Young signed a three-year, $41 million deal with Chicago this summer.

The Bulls' roster is headlined by Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter, Wendell Carter Jr., Kris Dunn and rookies Coby White and Daniel Gafford. Besides Young, Chicago signed Tomas Satoransky and Luke Kornet in free agency this offseason.

The Bulls won just 22 games last campaign. They haven't made the playoffs since 2017. In a wide-open Eastern Conference, there's a chance Chicago could sneak into the playoffs as a lower seed, though a lot has to go right for that to happen.

LaVine and Markkanen are the two best scorers on the Bulls. LaVine averaged 23.7 points per game last season, while Markkanen put up 18.7. Chicago will go as far as LaVine and Markkanen can take them in 2019-20.

The Bulls played pretty well last season after acquiring Porter from the Washington Wizards at the trade deadline. It will be interesting to see how he looks in Chicago for a full season.
