DeMar DeRozan caught fire again on Tuesday night as he helped lead the Chicago Bulls to a 107-94 win over the Washington Wizards. DeRozan got hot yet again in crunch time and it led to a pretty epic post-game message from the All-Star forward.

After scoring 14 out of his 32 points in the final frame, DeRozan explained why he has a knack for stepping up in the clutch:

“I feel a switch when the 4th quarter starts,” DeRozan said, via Chicago Bulls on Twitter. “It becomes a different game for me. I try to approach it mentally – you know everything will pick up and I do the opposite. I try to slow down.”

Based on what we've seen from the Bulls star on Tuesday, it's hard to argue against this notion. He carried his team in the fourth and final frame as they pulled away from a persistent Wizards side.

DeRozan finished with a game-high 32 points on 12-of-27 shooting to go along with seven rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 36 minutes of play.

This was a big win for the Bulls who are now back in the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference with just six regular-season games remaining. The playoffs are fast approaching and DeRozan has no intention of taking his foot off the gas.
