The Chicago Bulls are looking for a new top executive with full authority on basketball decisions, and Dwyane Wade apparently knows someone perfect for the job.

Is Dwyane Wade coming back to haunt the Bulls again? Fans still can't get over his one season in Chicago back in 2016-17 when he made $23,200,000.

Flash signed a two-year, $47 million deal with the Bulls in the summer of 2016 after not getting a proper contract offer from Pat Riley and the Miami Heat. Wade averaged 18.3 points per game in one season with the Chicago franchise, with Jimmy Butler and Rajon Rondo as his teammates.

Chicago went to the 2017 playoffs, but lost to the Boston Celtics in the first round in six games after taking a 2-0 series lead.

The Bulls plan to seek permission to interview Arturas Karnisovas of the Denver Nuggets and Bobby Webster of the Toronto Raptors for their new exec role. It is just a guess, but maybe Wade is saying the Bulls should interview him as well. Of course, the former NBA star could be just messing with everyone.

What is clear is that the Bulls' interviews will start next week and will be conducted electronically due to COVID-19. Chicago, ironically, hasn't made the playoffs since that Wade team with Butler and Rondo on it. That was Fred Hoiberg's second year as head coach, who has now been replaced with Jim Boylen.

D-Wade retired from the NBA last season after a Hall of Fame career. He's working at TNT right now, but there are no games on for Wade to work.

As everyone knows, Wade is the best player in Miami franchise history. He won three titles in South Beach, averaging 22.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 5.6 assists. Dwyane was also the 2006 Finals MVP.
