The Chicago Bulls will get their starting point guard Kris Dunn back tonight against the Toronto Raptors, according to ESPN's Nick Friedell.

The Bulls will get their second-year stud back only a game prior to the All-Star break after he cleared the concussion protocol following a 12-game absence after suffering a tough fall against the Golden State Warriors.

Head coach Fred Hoiberg noted the Providence product will start and play around 20 minutes, likely sitting out the fourth quarter of this game.

Chicago has found a way to pull off wins against the Atlanta Hawks, the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Orlando Magic — largely thanks to getting star Zach LaVine back after his recovery from a torn ACL, which he suffered last season as a member of the Timberwolves.

Dunn will likely be eased back into the rotation, with this All-Star break coming at the ideal time, allowing him to go through the gears before suiting back up for the remaining 25 games of the season.

The 6-foot-4 point man has finally reaped the production he was expected to yield after being drafted fifth overall in the 2017 NBA Draft by Minnesota, averaging 13.7 points, 6.4 assists, and 4.6 rebounds per game — earning himself a spot over Jerian Grant.

Dunn's shot-making is still a work in progress, shooting only 32.4 percent from deep and 71.2 percent from the foul line, but his ability to drive, penetrate the lane, and find open teammates has been all that Hoiberg and the front office expected when they traded Jimmy Butler in return for him and LaVine.
