Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle has some very interesting thoughts on the recent noteworthy events surrounding the Chicago Bulls.

It's been no secret that the Bulls have been dealing with numerous struggles within the organization over the past few weeks, and it has caused quite a stir throughout the entire NBA.

One notable development in the battle between the players and head coach Jim Boylen came when the interim coach implemented mass substitutions in the memorable 56-point loss to the Boston Celtics, which reportedly made many players unhappy.

So, when Rick Carlisle was asked about a similar scenario, he made it pretty clear what he thought of the whole substitution controversy in Chicago. Here's what the Mavs coach had to say about the situation, courtesy of ESPN's Tim McMahon:

Rick Carlisle brought up the Bulls when asked about subbing a whole lineup out at once. “I know the players up in Chicago don’t like it, but I’m not sure players’ opinion up there should matter.” Why not? “Because.”

Well, that's not exactly an in-depth explanation as to Carlisle's overall thoughts on the matter, but it's sure to make some people unhappy.
