The exact game when Chicago Bulls forward Nikola Mirotic will make his long-awaited season debut is still up in the air. Mirotic still isn't ready to feature in the Bulls' matchup against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night, but he has assured everyone that his debut is just around the corner.

Mirotic suffered facial injuries after getting punched by teammate Bobby Portis prior to the start of the season. However, he resumed training a couple of weeks ago and is reportedly in very good shape. He previously said that he planned on making his debut within the week.

The Bulls remain in desperate need of offensive reinforcements following a 113-91 defeat at home to the Cleveland Cavaliers, their ninth defeat in a row. Chicago shot a mere 41 percent from the floor and 26 percent (9-of-34) from beyond the arc against the Cavs.

The addition of Mirotic’s capable three-point shooting should be a welcome boost for the Bulls, who are 26th in the league in three-point percentage at 34 percent.

After the Bulls' visit to the Pacers, their next two games will be a Friday-Saturday back-to-back against the Charlotte Hornets on the road and the New York Knicks at home at the United Center.
