Former Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen is speaking his truths lately and isn't holding back in doing so.

Pippen — one of the best to ever do it in a Bulls uniform — has been making waves recently speaking out on many happenings throughout his storied career. It was just a few days prior that Pippen threw former coach Phil Jackson right under the bus when he brought up the puzzling decision to give Toni Kukoc (a rookie at the time) the last second shot in a 1994 playoff game against the Knicks. Pippen benched himself when the decision was made in the huddle to have Kukoc take the final shot.

Now, Pippen is doubling down on his initial take, while flat out agreeing with the idea that Phil Jackson is a racist of sorts, via The Dan Patrick Show.

Pippen made his initial remarks via an article from GQ, insinuating that Jackson made ” a racial move” by giving Kukoc that shot:

“I been through all the ups and downs, the battles with the Pistons and now you gonna insult me and tell me to take it out? I thought it was a pretty low blow,” Pippen said. “I felt like it was an opportunity to give (Kukoc) a rise. It was a racial move to give him a rise.”

When this was brought up on The Dan Patrick Show, Pippen doubled down on Monday. When Patrick said Pippen was calling Jackson a racist based off what he said, the Bulls legend responded by saying he didn't have a problem with that. It prompted Patrick to ask if Pippen thought Jackson was a racist to which he said, “Oh yeah.”

It's just the latest turn as Pippen continues to make media appearances. Now, everybody will wait to see if any former Bulls players from those teams or even Jackson himself will speak up on that matter.
