Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen claims that his relationship with Michael Jordan hasn't changed since the release of The Last Dance docuseries.

There have been rumors going around that Pippen was upset at Jordan for how the docuseries painted him in Episodes 2 and 7.

In Episode 2, Jordan called Pippen “selfish” for delaying his surgery during the 1997-98 season. Meanwhile, in Episode 7, the main part of the episode was about how Pippen quit on the Bulls during the 1994 playoffs against the New York Knicks in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

However, Pippen clarified that he and Jordan are always going to be close no matter what people on the outside say.

“My relationship with Michael is great, great as ever, there is nothing changed,” the Bulls legend said on Da Windy City podcast. “This documentary has not changed our relationship. We will be friends forever.”

This is a huge relief for Bulls fans, as the thought of Jordan and Pippen not being friends would sting for the fanbase in Chicago. MJ and Scottie will be linked forever, as they are arguably the greatest duo in NBA history.

Jordan and Pippen, of course, won six titles with the Bulls during the '90s. Jordan won all six Finals MVPs, but even MJ admitted in the docuseries that he wouldn't have won any championships without the help of Pippen. His Airness also called Pippen his best teammate of all time.

When Pippen was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2010, he asked Jordan to present him. The Bulls icons will be brothers for life.
