The NBA rookies have spoken and this 2018 class seems to agree that Chicago Bulls forward Wendell Carter Jr. will have the best career of them all.

Despite finishing outside of the top-10 in the Rookie of the Year discussion, fellow rookies believe his game will eventually bloom with success and longevity, as he notched 13 percent of the vote in a tight race on the NBA Annual Rookie Survey.

New York Knicks sensation Kevin Knox and Jerome Robinson of the L.A. Clippers ranked closely under Carter at 10 percent each, while Deandre Ayton, Mo Bamba, Collin Sexton, Mikal Bridges, and Lonnie Walker IV all got 7 percent of the vote.

Carter's game is just solid for an NBA player, already possessing decent tools to make an impact for his team. The big man isn't short of fundamentals after playing a season at Duke, still managing to come close to a double-double despite playing with top-recruit Marvin Bagley III.

A healthy 13.5 points and 9.1 rebounds as a freshman are no joke, and neither is a short-sample 41.3 percent from deep after making 19 of his 46 attempts from beyond the arc as a Blue Devil.

Wendell Carter simply has the skill set of the modern big man, one that can surely expand that much more as he grows and expands his repertoire in years to come. The Bulls are hoping he's a superstar in the making.
