Chicago Bulls head coach Jim Boylen is tired of answering the same question about rookie guard Coby White.

Per K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago, the Bulls' seventh overall pick from this past draft will continue coming off the bench.

“I keep getting this question and I’m just going to answer it one more time: Coby is in a good place. We’re going to keep him in a good place. I understand what you’re trying to ask. But let’s let Coby keep developing. That’s my goal,” Boylen said.

Boylen has been pressured to start White simply because the rookie has been playing incredible basketball as of late.

On Tuesday, White came off the Bulls bench to score 35 points, grab seven rebounds and dish out three assists in a 124-122 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

White's stellar performance against OKC is no outlier either as the former UNC star has now scored 30-plus points in three straight games.

Overall, however, White's season has been one of inconsistency. The former top 10 pick is putting up 11.9 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game but has shot just 38 percent from the floor and 34.7 percent from deep.

Regardless, White is clearly showing that he has the potential to be an elite scorer at the NBA level no matter if he starts or comes off the bench.

The Bulls as a team, while better than last season, are still quite a bit out of the playoffs in the Eastern Conference. At 20-39, Chicago is currently the East's 10th seed and six games behind the Orlando Magic for eighth.
