The Chicago Bulls could make a move down the line and teams are already waiting for them to potentially include marksman Justin Holiday in trade talks, given his expiring contract, according to ESPN Insider Bobby Marks.

“Also keep an eye on Holiday. Several teams have circled the guard as a top priority if Chicago makes him available. Holiday is on an expiring contract, but unlike Lopez — who has averaged only 16.4 MPG and played in 21 games — Holiday has started all 28 games, averaging 34.9 MPG and shooting 38 percent from 3.”

Holiday is the second-oldest member of a seriously young Bulls roster (right after 30-year-old Robin Lopez) and likely not part of the Bulls' future, which is centered around young bucks like Lauri Markkanen, Kris Dunn and Wendell Carter Jr.

The sixth-year pro is putting up the best numbers of his career, despite being a below 40-percent shooter through his stint in the league.

Holiday is putting up 12.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game through a decent bulk of minutes (34.9 per game), recently emerging as a low-end three-and-D prospect, despite being known mostly as an outside-shooting specialist.

The Washington standout is canning 2.9 trifectas per game at a respectable 38.4 percent from deep, which could be an enticing mark for any teams looking to load up with the right shooters before the end stretch of the regular season.

Should the Bulls part ways with Holiday, they will likely ask for a low-end first-rounder or a high second-round pick in return, as he is only owed $4.4 million this season on an expiring contract. The 29-year-old is slated to become a free agent after this season.
