Chicago Bulls power forward Lauri Markkanen is already picking on his new rookie, point guard Coby White.

White had his back turned to Markkanen, so the Bulls big man decided to have some fun with the youngster by dunking all over him:

Lauri Markkanen had a monster poster dunk on Orlando Magic All-Star center Nikola Vucevic last season. He actually got a technical foul for starring down Vucevic. This dunk over Coby White was much more friendly. Markkanen was just welcoming White to the Bulls the only way he knew how.

The Bulls selected White with the seventh overall pick in this year's draft. White had a solid Summer League showing in Las Vegas, although he didn't shoot the ball that well. In five games in Vegas, White put up 15.0 points, 5.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists while shooting 33.7 percent from the field and just 10 percent from beyond the arc. All signs point toward White backing up Kris Dunn next season.

Markkanen is primed for an All-Star-caliber season in 2019-20 if he can stay healthy and improve on the defensive end. The 22-year-old averaged 18.7 points and 9.0 rebounds last season for the Bulls in 52 games while shooting 43.0 percent overall and 36.1 percent from the 3-point line.

The Bulls will go as far as Zach LaVine and Markkanen can take them next season. The development of White, though, is very important to the front office.
