Players log on every night to their favorite games to have a good time fighting against or with other people but there are those that choose to get in the way of everyone's fun times. Call of Duty: Warzone Voice Actress Alex Zedra ran into two cheaters on Twitch playing in a tournament. The voice of Mara did what any self-respecting player should do, report the cheaters to the authorities.

ONLINE STREAMING IS A WARZONE

Zedra hosted one of the cheaters following the conclusion of her own stream. The voice of Mara quickly brought the streamers to Twitch's attention. One of the responses to Zedra's report to Twitch featured clips from one of the cheaters bragging on stream. Fortunately, Twitch acted swiftly to quell the cheaters. Subsequently, the two aimbot users had their Twitch channels suspended. Additionally, their Twitter accounts vanished following the account suspensions. Zedra expressed her gratitude towards Twitch for responding to the issue.

“Thank you @Twitch for banning the most toxic hackers I've ever come across in my 5 years of being on this platform. Glad I witnessed him being banned Live after being called bitch and to 1v1 them when they're blatantly hacking.”

Blatant cheating remains a problem for Call of Duty Warzone. Activision moved to ban over 60,000 users last week for the use of cheat software. It's been credited as the third large-scale ban in the game since it launched in 2020.

Last month, Call of Duty players faced storage problems when it came to their favorite shooters. The developers cautioned players that the full package downloads of the current COD games could easily breach 500 GB. The announcement sparked a trend in social media as several players lamented the increasing burden on storage drives across multiple platforms. Hopefully, Activision gets a handle on the multiple problems surrounding its biggest Call of Duty games yet.
