Brian Flores might have a job, but he's still in the midst of suing the NFL and several teams for racial discrimination and now, Flores has two more coaches alongside him. Former Arizona Cardinals HC Steve Wilks and defensive coordinator Ray Horton will join Flores in the lawsuit against the league and numerous organizations.

Here are the statements from Brian Flores, Wilks, and Horton:

As you can see, they felt a responsibility to team up with Flores in the fight against discrimination amongst black coaches in the NFL. This will definitely strengthen their case as well.

Horton detailed the time he interviewed for the HC job for the Tennessee Titans in 2016 as he was “humiliated” and “devastated” after they ultimately hired Mike Mularkey instead, with the team claiming they never knew he wanted to be a head coach and essentially didn't take him seriously. Horton was the DC for Tennessee at the time as well. With joining Brian Flores, he's hoping that experience can be turned into a positive as the trio aims to change the narrative.

As for Wilks, he believes the Cardinals discriminated against him after a lone season as head coach in 2018 where the franchise went 3-13. He was replaced by Kliff Kingsbury. Per ESPN, Lawyers said that Wilks was used a “bridge coach” and was never given a real chance to succeed.

Let's hope Brian Flores, Ray Horton, and Steve Wilks can make a difference.
