The Arizona Cardinals pulled off an upset Sunday against the Green Bay Packers. But they also lost a couple of good players in that same game.

According to Darren Urban of  ArizonaCardinals.com, wide receiver Christian Kirk and guard Mike Iupati were the latest additions to the injured reserve list.

Kirk had his season prematurely ended because of a broken foot. However, he made his presence felt on the playing field before getting hurt. The rookie caught three passes for 54 yards and also rushed for 23 yards.

During the game, Kirk had a huge catch as he made a wonderful move against a Packers defensive en route to a 37-yard catch.

The Cardinals' second-round pick in this year's draft had a productive season. He caught 43 passes for 590 yards and three touchdowns. Kirk also rushed three times for 35 yards.

Iuapti, who joined the Cardinals in 2015 is one of the o-line's main men. Missing him would add problems to an already troubled Cardinals pass protection.

Currently, Arizona's offensive line is ranked dead-last in the league at 32 per ProFootballFocus.

Rookie quarterback Josh Rosen has already taken a beating. He has been sacked 26 times already in only 10 games. Against the Denver Broncos, the flaws of the offensive line were exposed as he went down six times.

Iupati had a solid career with the San Francisco 49ers and the Cardinals. During his tenure with the two teams, he has been selected to four Pro-Bowl appearances, elected to the First Team All-Pro in 2012 and the Second Team All-Pro in 2015.
