The Arizona Cardinals have some guys feeling less than 100 percent heading into a must-win matchup with the Los Angeles Rams in Week 17.

Star safety Budda Baker is dealing with a neck issue. Veteran wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is nursing a groin injury, and running back Chase Edmonds has been bothered by a bad hip.

However, all three stand a decent chance at playing.

Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said the team is “hopeful” Baker will be able to play. Fitzgerald and Edmonds are listed as game-time decisions, but Kingsbury said both guys will prepare as if they are going to suit up:

Quarterback Kyler Murray had also been dealing with a lower leg injury earlier this week, but has stated every intention of playing. Murray has also looked fluid in practice.

The Cardinals would surely prefer all three of Baker, Fitz and Edmonds to take the field Sunday.

Baker continues to excel at the safety spot. He has a pair of interceptions to go along with 2.0 sacks and 113 combined tackles on the season.

Fitzgerald has not had the kind of year he might have hoped for, with 54 receptions for just 409 yards in 13 games. The future Hall of Famer also had COVID-19 earlier this year.

Edmonds has been exceptionally valuable for Arizona, especially in the passing game. He has 825 yards from scrimmage, including 51 receptions for 374 yards.

The Cardinals will hope everyone can go Sunday against a Rams team even more depleted by injuries and COVID issues. It's win or go home for Arizona.
