The Arizona Cardinals pulled the trigger on quarterback Josh Rosen last week. Fortunately, he will have wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald in his arsenal for this week's divisional matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Fitzgerald has been dealing with a number of injuries as of late. However, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, he will be good to go in Week 5:

Cardinals’ WR Larry Fitzgerald, listed as questionable for Sunday with hamstring and back injuries, will play vs. 49ers, per source.

It is always encouraging to have a player like Fitzgerald in the mix. Unfortunately, he still has yet to make any meaningful impact in the passing game this season. The veteran has registered just 15 receptions for 141 yards this season. His recent slew of injuries are just a reminder of why he has considered retirement for the past two years. However, his production is indicative of the Cardinals offense as a whole.

As a result, Arizona finally decided to hand the keys over to Rosen. The rookie showed plenty of promise in his first career start after completing 15 of 27 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown. However, he and Fitzgerald only connected three times for 28 yards in the loss.

Rosen largely relied on running back David Johnson and tight end Ricky Seals-Jones to do most of the damage. While it is not unusual for young quarterbacks to rely on their checkdown options, he will need to spread the wealth to his wideouts if the Cardinals are going to put up any meaningful production.
