For the third time this season, the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams will meet, as they are set to face off in the NFC wild-card round.

For Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, he well sees that Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray will be among the pivotal X-factors in this NFC West clash due to one notable reason.

As Donald noted during a press conference ahead of the game, Murray’s versatility as a quarterback will keep the Rams front seven on its heels over the contest.

“He can get out the pocket and make a lot of different things happen,” Donald said. “He's definitely a fast guy. He got the ability to get out the pocket and make a lot of good throws downfield or make a lot of extended plays with his feet.”

In their pair of divisional matchups in the regular season, Donald had his way against the Cardinals offensive line. The veteran defensive tackle combined for nine tackles and three sacks in both contests. In the Rams’ third matchup against the Cardinals this season, Donald sees that his defense will have to do more of the same to contain the elusive Murray.

“We just got to find a way to keep them bottled up, don't let them get the edge,” Donald said. “Don't let them get out there.

“You got to get after them.”

Plenty will be on the line for both teams in this clash. The Rams have high expectations to make a run to the Super Bowl, while the Cardinals are aiming to notch a playoff win for the first time since the 2015 campaign.
