The Arizona Cardinals is currently having a mediocre season. Their 2-9 record is one of the worst in the league, and their productivity is almost non-existent.

Just how bad the Cardinals are performing this season, we just have to look at their offensive numbers.

According to Kent Somers of TheArizonaRepublic/AzCentralSports,  the Cardinals have posted 232.5 yards per game in their first 11 games. That is the worst since 2009.

The Cardinals could be considered a sure win in other teams' schedules. Above all their 14.1 points per game is laughable. They've been blown out in four games this season.

In Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams, they posted only 137 offensive yards. As a result, they were shut out, 34-0. The bleeding did not stop there. Against the Denver Broncos in Week 7, their offensive line gave up six sacks en route to a 45-10 defeat.

Josh Rosen was sacked 24 times in his first nine games in the league. He has taken such a beating in his three-month-old career.

He needs better protection, which the Cardinals seem to be aware of and also why some mock drafts predicted the team would get an offensive lineman in the first round.

Future Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald is not getting any younger. But he still leads the Cardinals' offense in terms of receptions and receiving touchdowns with 44 and five, respectively.

The first-year of head coach Steve Wilks' regime is going nowhere. It can be considered as a development year that will give Josh Rosen more time to be groomed.

They've failed with the Sam Bradford experiment earlier this season and it's safe to say that Arizona's glory days this decade are over.
