Once New York Knicks President Phil Jackson made his way into the Big Apple, it was inevitable that the triangle offense talk would begin considering it brought him so much success.

It took Jackson some convincing to get Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'Neal, and Kobe Bryant to buy into its principles, but he eventually did it.

Getting his Knicks players to buy in has been a completely different task and it's been difficult. Three seasons have been a struggle for the team grasping and applying its concepts, and some have argued it needs to go.

Knicks star Carmelo Anthony wants to focus on what he needs to do to win, and is tired of hearing about the triangle offense.

Despite the Knicks' loss to the Utah Jazz on Sunday, Anthony poured in 28 points and added nine rebounds, but feels there is more to basketball than just talking about the offense.

While the Knicks are trying to solidify their ploys, the team ranks #28 in defensive efficiency which is the much bigger issue.
