With the Golden State Warriors having all the momentum any team in NBA history could ask for as they are one step away from a postseason sweep, the Cleveland Cavaliers are desperately seeking for answers as they hold on to a mere straw in front of a 3-0 Finals deficit.

The support outside of the Cavaliers faithful are already dwindling, but from out of nowhere, a subtle yet interesting tweet from an unlikely source made its round on social media when Joel Embiid sounded off on his NBA Finals thoughts.

It was an unexpected reaction from someone who was passed up by the Cavs in the 2014 NBA Draft. Embiid, if fans recall, was picked third at that time when the Cavs had the chance to snag him with the first overall pick. Interestingly, some players would remember the franchises who passed on them during their draft and hope that these teams would regret their choice.

Although Embiid's tweet wasn't a clear expression of support for the Cavs, at this stage in The NBA Finals, Cleveland fans would rather hear a message that somehow reminds them that it's not over until the fat lady sings.

For them, a message that gives a glimmer of hope is always better than all the talk on how dominant the Warriors have been.
