LeBron James might have insinuated a possible homecoming to the City of Angels, as he recently tweeted out a reply to Jamal Crawford that has likely left Los Angeles Lakers' fans impatiently waiting for the 2018 offseason.

Just as some NBA stars have gotten their fill of time off from the NBA hardwood, many have begun to play in places like the popular Drew League and other local spots — so it wasn't too long until James was jones-ing for some hoop action.

Crawford, one of the most rabid hoop fans in the league, was one of the first to answer the call from his native Seattle, giving a shout-out to his pro-am league, The Crawsover and inviting James to come, which he promptly considered.

While James owns a home in L.A. — which was vandalized during the NBA Finals — he might look to make it a permanent one if this season doesn't pan out to the Cleveland Cavaliers' and his expectations, as he's once again set to become a free agent by the end of this upcoming season.
