Only a few minutes after the Cleveland Cavaliers were defeated in the NBA Finals last night, the recruitment by NBA players to get superstar LeBron James to come to their team started. It's shaping up to be an exciting offseason in the NBA and the most important chip to fall before anyone else makes a move is James' free agency decision.

Joel Embiid started the trend, which isn't surprising because he has already tried to recruit James on Twitter throughout the season.

Enes Kanter has trolled James all season, but that isn't stopping him from trying to recruit the King to Madison Square Garden.

San Antonio Spurs rising star Dejonte Murray thinks that James should join coach Gregg Popovich and company, posting a picture of James in a Spurs Jersey.

It appears Josh Hart wanted to help the recruiting process, but he wants to keep the money in his back pocket, and not get fined for tampering ( even though it's not considered tampering when a player does it.)

NFL players were also getting on on the act, trying to get James to their city. Zach Ertz was spotted at Quicken Loans Arena during Game 4, and he said it was for only one reason.

Oakland quarterbacks Derek Carr is getting greedy trying to recruit both James and Paul George to sign on with the Los Angeles Lakers.

JuJu Smith-Schuster is also trying to recruit James but to a whole different sport. The Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver posted a picture of the two celebrating a touchdown together, for the Steelers.

It's going to be an exciting summer, and it appears that it's going to be a dogfight between the two teams trying to acquire his services.
