The Boston Celtics are looking forward to working with Tacko Fall beyond training camp.

Per Keith P. Smith of SB Nation, a team executive shared the Celtics' plans on 7-foot-7 center Fall. To recall, Fall enlisted for the 2019 NBA Draft but was not selected. The Celtics, however, picked him up under an Exhibit 10 contract. The Senegalese played all five games of the Summer League and averaged 7.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.4 blocks, and shooting a team-high 77 percent from the field. The team executive believes that his size alone is worth investing in.

“We’re hoping to be able to keep working with him through camp and beyond. You know that you can’t teach size and he’s got more than anyone we’ve ever seen. That’s worth investing in.”

He also noted that Fall got better as the week went along. But he admitted that in terms of skill and play, the 23-year-old has a lot to work on.

“As for his play, he’s got a long way to go. Everything he gets is just his size right now. The good news is that he got better as the week went along. Worth spending more time on his development for sure.”

Fall has received nothing but love not just from the Celtics fans but all NBA fans alike. All of them are looking forward to seeing more of him in the NBA. Hopefully, as an official part of the Celtics roster.
