Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens says that team meetings may not always start off great, but they usually finish with everyone on the same page.

Brad Stevens' comments come a few days after the Celtics held a team meeting following their third straight loss, a 120-107 defeat at the hands of the Milwaukee Bucks.

However, even with Boston struggling over the past week, Stevens believes that the meetings in the locker room typically allow the team to work out their issues.

Sometimes, teams simply have to talk through their problems, and that appears to be the case here with the Celtics.

Of course, Stevens would love to see his team get back on track pretty quickly with an important stretch of games on the way. Boston returns to the court on Sunday evening to take on the Charlotte Hornets, who have racked up back-to-back wins.

After the matchup with the Hornets, the Celtics will prepare for a Christmas Day showdown with the Philadelphia 76ers before enduring a tough three-game road trip against the Houston Rockets, Memphis Grizzlies and San Antonio Spurs.

Entering Sunday's game with the Hornets, the Celtics stand at 18-13, fifth in the crowded Eastern Conference.
