TNT commentator and former NBA star Charles Barkley has never been one to shy away from controversial statements. In November, he insisted that the Los Angeles Clippers would never make the playoffs. As we all know now, the Clippers not only made the playoffs but made the defending champions sweat a little by taking two games. Regardless, Chuck had another prediction on Sunday that raised some eyebrows: He claimed that the Boston Celtics would not win another game in their series against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The other announcers on TNT were mostly quiet after Barkley's comments. Either they didn't agree or didn't want to make such a bold claim on live TV.

When you really look at it, it would not be an absolute shocker if Barkley ends up being correct. The Bucks are already up two games to one in the series, so all they would have to do is win two more in a row. However, this would require the Celtics to lose four straight playoff games, a fairly unlikely result.

It's more likely that this series ends up going six or seven games then the Celtics absolutely imploding, but we've seen crazier things happen in the NBA. Chuck will be one step closer to looking like a genius if the Bucks defeat the Celtics in Game 4 on Monday, which will take place May 6 at 4 PM PST in TD Garden.
