Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics can't be too happy with how their season has started. The Celtics have started 0-2 this year including a tough double-overtime loss against the New York Knicks on opening night. The Celtics got blown out in a 115-83 loss against a depleted Toronto Raptors last night during their home opener, an embarrassing loss for Boston.

Jayson Tatum wasn't too happy with his team's play and said the biggest issue is the number of turnovers.

Tatum also says that the Celtics were too relaxed last night.

Via The Athletic' Jay King:

Jayson Tatum: “We were too relaxed.” “It’s all about how you respond, how we come back on Sunday with a different mindset, more life, more energy.”

Tatum hasn't had great nights so far for the Celtics. Against the Knicks, he shot 7-30 from the field. Last night against the Raptors he only had 18 points.

The Celtics are going to need to figure it out soon otherwise they might have another tough year. For a team that did almost nothing this offseason besides fire their head coach, you wouldn't expect much more after a rough year last year. If the Celtics don't figure it out this season there's a chance that we see Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart on other teams next season.

Boston will look to bounce back after a brutal loss against Toronto when they face off against the Houston Rockets Sunday night. A game that they should win and will look to take advantage of this opportunity to get them going.
