Jayson Tatum just stole this one away from the Washington Wizards. The Boston Celtics superstar came up clutch on Sunday night against the visiting Wizards and made the biggest play of the night as he drove to the basket and finished a smooth layup to give the C's a slim one-point lead with four seconds left.

Here's Tatum coming up HUGE for Boston (via Bleacher Report):

It was a showdown of stars in the TD Garden as Tatum traded buckets with Bradley Beal. Both East All-Star starters were clutch for their respective teams. Before Tatum's huge bucket, the Wizards thought they were going to get away with this one with Beal putting them up by five with less than a minute to go. Beal ended the evening with 46 points and eventually missed a last-second shot that would've given Washington the win.

Tatum though wasn't going to be denied. The 22-year-old went on a personal run in the game's last 50 seconds to score three straight buckets to give the lead back to Boston. With a deficit as high as five, Tatum didn't panic nor did he settle for outside shots. He drove straight to the hole on three straight occasions and converted on each one.

This 6-0 spurt from the superstar ultimately gave the Celtics their 10th home victory. The All-Star ended with a team-high of 31 points and eight boards to help Boston climb to a .500 record.
