Former Boston Celtics big man Kendrick Perkins continues to rip point guard Kyrie Irving after the Cs were eliminated in the second round of the playoffs in five games by the Milwaukee Bucks.

Perkins, who has said Irving isn't a Batman or a good leader, believes Uncle Drew didn't embrace the situation and the history of the Celtics.

Irving becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer once he declines his 2019-20 player option with Boston. The All-Star point guard has been heavily linked to signing with the New York Knicks.

During the regular season, Irving averaged 23.8 points, 5.0 rebounds and 6.9 assists per game. The Celtics won 49 games and were the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference standings. Boston swept the Indiana Pacers in the first round of the playoffs and everyone in Beantown was starting to get excited about their team after the Celtics won Game 1 against the Bucks in Milwaukee.

The Bucks, however, won four games in a row and ended the Celtics' season. Irving struggled in the Milwaukee series. He averaged 20.4 points while shooting just 35.6 percent from the field and 21.9 percent from beyond the arc.

Irving struggled with being the leader of the Celtics this season, and it's clear he's not ready to be one yet.
