Kyrie Irving and LeBron James clearly had some issues when they played together on the Cleveland Cavaliers but they haven't reached the point of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Kyrie Irving, now with the Boston Celtics, hasn't been afraid to throw the praise at LeBron the last year when he has deserved it. He was back at it again talking on Hot 97 about how LeBron should have won the NBA MVP.

MVP is hard to gauge now days. You have the peoples MVP and the NBA MVP. I think the people's MVP was James (Harden) but the NBA MVP was definantly Bron.

He was also asked if he thought LeBron was better then Michal Jordan, but he wouldn't go that far. The James MVP debate is a hard one because he really could win the award every year but it seems that what he does is just taken for granted.

The MVP usually goes to someone who has an exceptional season, something James seems to do every year, but instead, it's overlooked.

When Kyrie Irving was on the Cavs he took some of the pressure off LeBron James because he had another ball handler who could score, and James seemed to really enjoy playing with him.

Irving didn't like being the second fiddle to James and asked for a trade. With the Celtics now he still really isn't the focal point, and the grass doesn't actually seem to be greener. He is going to have a chance next year to win another championship, this time with the Celtics.
