Marcus Smart's old pal, Al Horford, recently said the Boston Celtics guard is really good at flopping.

Smart didn't take offense to Horford's comments. In fact, he revealed that Horford — who is now with the Philadelphia 76ers — is a pretty good flopper as well.

“I’ve been playing with Al for so long, to hear Al say it is funny,” Smart said, via John Karalis of Mass Live. “Because in the game he was saying, ‘You got me, you got me big boy.' Every smart player does it but it’s funny hearing Al say that.

“Al does it. Al is really good at it as well. It’s very subtle. You might miss it if you’re not paying attention. You just gotta watch closely… everybody does it, just kinda watch everybody and you’ll see.”

Smart and the Celtics fell to Horford and the Sixers on opening night, losing by a final score of 107-93. The Celtics will look to get in the win column on Friday when they host the Toronto Raptors.

Smart is indeed a good flopper, and he's not hiding from the “praise.”

Last season, Smart averaged 8.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game for the Celtics while shooting 42.2 percent from the field, 36.4 percent from beyond the arc and 80.6 percent from the free-throw line.
