The Boston Celtics just got Marcus Smart back in Game 2, but now it looks like he may be back on the injury report.

The Celtics guard leapt for a loose ball in Game 3 over a few Miami Heat players. Upon landing, Smart suffered a serious-looking ankle turn that left him screaming amid a silent TD Garden:

The Celtics guard was ruled out for the rest of the game.

The scene follows the beginning of the first half, which opened with the news that Jimmy Butler was no longer returning for the Heat with a knee injury.

After what looked like a serious injury for Marcus Smart, he somehow came out of the locker room moments later and even checked back onto the court.

There were immediate reports that came out that he was going to be out for the game at the very least, and from the look of things would be the minimum time on the shelf. But Smart shattered all those worries by striding confidently back out of the locker room to a chorus of cheers from the Boston crowd.

There are few players tougher in the NBA than Marcus Smart. The Celtics guard just proved that again in Game 3.
