The Boston Celtics aren't satisfied with just a playoff spot. They want to continue what has been a dominant year-plus for Boston sports and bring home a championship.

On Tuesday, Celtics point guard Terry Rozier joined Kristine Leahy on Fair Game, during which they discussed some of the drama and narratives that have surrounded the team this season.

“Obviously when you play on the team you're dealing with different types of personalities. But now you're dealing with so many different guys that feel like they're the man. So it's like, how do you handle that? And I'm talking for myself too. We got a lot of guys that feel like they're on that level, rising or already there,” Rozier said.

“It's tough because, you know, it's a long season and we haven't been doing as good as everyone expected, but that's what I'd say has surprised me the most, just different personalities, egos.”

When asked on what he thinks is the solution for dealing with different personalities and other issues, Rozier has a rather direct but simple response.

“Win. We win. It's like the cure-all go away,” the Celtics guard said.

At 43-28 entering Tuesday, Boston has had what many would describe as a productive and successful season. But the fans and players hold the Celtics to a high standard and had massive expectations this season.

Boston holds the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference, just a game behind the Indiana Pacers. ESPN's BPI Playoff Odds give the team a 4.7 percent chance of winning the championship this year.

Terry Rozier, 25, has been productive off the bench for Boston this season. He is averaging 9.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 22.9 minutes per game.
