Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum has been on the receiving end of some high praise of late after he's played a key role for the C's and their amazing run in the playoffs thus far. However, one man who does not seem to be impressed with one specific aspect of Tatum's game is none other than Celtics legend Antoine Walker.

According to Walker, he isn't too fond of Tatum's shimmy:

“Tell him he’s got some work to do,” joked the former Celtics star, via Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson of heavy.com.

“Nobody does the shimmy better than me! But, he’s got some work to do before I can even consider it.”

To be fair to Walker, most of us do remember him for pulling out the occasional shimmy during games. He pretty much brought this move to life, and if there's anyone in the NBA that could probably trademark that celebratory dance, then it ought to be Walker.

A former three-time All-Star, Walker spent a total of eight years with the Celtics. He emerged as one of the squad's most important players during the late-1990's to early-2000's. Then again, it was with the Miami Heat that Walker won his one and only NBA championship in 2006.

When asked who he believes has the best shimmy in the NBA these days, Walker dropped a couple of big names:

“Stephen Curry has a nice shimmy, ” said Walker.

“John Wall has a nice shimmy. But Jayson Tatum is at the bottom of that list right now. He’s got some work to do. And then he doesn’t – from him, he doesn’t really show a lot of emotion when he plays so he probably really doesn’t have any rhythm off the court. He probably can’t dance. I don’t know. I haven’t been around the new Celtics a lot.”

That's a pretty deep shimmy analysis fro Walker there, which just earned him the title of the undisputed NBA shimmy king.
