Boston Celtics big man Enes Kanter gave fans an inside scoop at how the team is handling the safety protocols imparted by the NBA.

The Turkish center took to Instagram and served a fresh look at the staff disinfecting the rims before every pair of players enters the court:

Benches and training equipment are also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after use. The Celtics even included a laminated sheet of colored paper to indicate if the equipment is green for “disinfected” or red if it “needs disinfection.”

Those are many of the stringent measures the league is taking to ensure player and staff safety during these uncertain times amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Only a handful of players are allowed to work out each day, with sessions happening only in pairs, exercising proper social distancing rules by staying six feet apart at all times and using different baskets during on-court workouts. We recently saw Jayson Tatum and Gordon Hayward getting in work separately.

Every team that opens up their practice facility has to follow these rules, but how they go about it is their own predicament.

The Celtics' card idea is rather helpful, as there is no need for supervision of the players so long as they're responsible for turning the card over after using each machine.

These measures are likely to continue as the Celtics approach Training Camp 2.0 and eventually travel to Walt Disney World for the resumption of the 2019-20 season.
