Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart brings a little bit of everything to the table for his team. That includes highlights, which he has already supplied the Celtics in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals Friday night in Cleveland.

Late in the first quarter of the contest, Smart tried to sneak into the middle of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ defensive set-up by cutting through it. Then after taking a pass from Celtics big man Al Horford, Smart made a split-second decision to zing an assist to Jaylen Brown, who was all alone in the left side corner.

That Smart was able to recognize a wide-open teammate was impressive enough, but he took it to a higher level by dishing out an insane over-the-shoulder assist that only a handful of players in the league could pull off. Brown, meanwhile, did not waste Smart’s excellent dish by burying his 3-point attempt.

Although the Celtics have a 3-2 series lead as of the moment, they can’t have any degree of complacency in Game 6, as the Cavs remain a very dangerous team to deal with. Plays like that one from Smart also underscores how slow the Cavs’ defense has been when it comes to reacting to their opponents’ movements in these playoffs. Smart and the Celtics will just have to keep exploiting moments like that if they are to end the series tonight.
