Tom Brady and Bill Belichick have an incredible relationship. They've combined to win four Super Bowls, reach two more, and compile more victories than any QB-coach duo since the merger.

Like any relationship between friends or colleagues, there has been some animosity. Specifically in professional sports, it's impossible to achieve greatness without working through adversity. Belichick and Brady don't butt heads often, but when they do, it's to their ultimate benefit.

Chad Johnson recalled one such incident. During the 2011 season, the formerly ‘Ochocinco' played for the New England Patriots. It didn't take long for Belichick's intense coaching style to come out.

From FS1's Undisputed:

“Everybody getting in. Belichick puts on – first day, no greeting, no nothing – he puts on the loss to the Jets in the playoffs or something where they went home early. He puts it on and rips into Tom. First meeting, no practice, like everybody (is there), and he's going on and he's at Tom's head.

“I'm like, is this a joke? Are we being punked?”

A meeting like that sets a tone for the season. If Belichick isn't afraid to go after Brady, nobody is safe from drawing criticism if they don't do their job.

Johnson also mentioned that separate confrontations occurred between Brady and Belichick that year, as well.
