Could Tom Brady really leave the New England Patriots this offseason? More and more people are beginning to think it is a possibility.

But what if Brady does depart the only franchise he has ever known? Where would he end up?

Some have speculated the Los Angeles Chargers, and former NFL linebacker Bart Scott sees several reasons as to why the GOAT should replace Philip Rivers in Hollywood:

“When he opened up to us and showed us ‘Tom vs. Time,’ that was him trying to open up so he could sell his TB12 method so that he could make that transition to what he wants to do post-career,” Scott said Tuesday on ESPN’s Get Up. “I think it’s all about moving out to the West Coast, selling it to actresses, to actors. Also, being able to have quality of life like we talked about, but also to play on a team that already has a loaded roster. You think about the weapons he can have out there. Thinking about Hunter Henry, you think about Keenan Allen, you think about Mike Williams, you think about a great defense.”

Scott does make some good points.

Los Angeles is certainly where it's at in terms of business, and with Brady now being 42 years old, retirement is in the near future. Not only that, but the Chargers do have some good weapons in the aerial attack (although Henry is a free agent).

Still, with the Bolts having gone just 5-11 this season, would Brady really want to bounce out of New England just to go to a team that is worse?

If Brady really wants to head to LA, he can just do so once he stops playing football.
