The Los Angeles Chargers just can't catch any sort of break when it comes to injuries. After an impressive Week 1 victory against the Washington Football Team, the Chargers have now placed Bryan Bulaga on IR as the veteran will be out for the next three weeks, at least, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

The Chargers invested heavily in the offensive line, signing Pro Bowl center Corey Linsley to a huge deal. The Chargers also drafted Rashawn Slater in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, and so far the offensive line has looked much improved.

But, the loss of Bulaga could be a tough one to overcome, although he did miss much of the 2020 NFL season with an injury as well. To be frank, nobody has been hit harder with the injury bug than the Chargers in the past few years and this is just one more big blow.

The next game for LA is against the Dallas Cowboys in a little Ohio State reunion between Joey Bosa and Ezekiel Elliott, and this should be a terrific battle between two teams with playoff aspirations. Justin Herbert has been a masterpiece in the NFL, and he will look to continue that trend against Dak Prescott.
