Free agent defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh has an uncertain NFL future. Suh, who has played the last three seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, had a chance at returning to the organization, though the signing of fellow free agent defensive tackle Akiem Hicks all but negated that possibility. However, that hasn't stopped Suh from expressing his desire to play in 2022, which he told Adam Schefter on ESPN's NFL Live. Not only that. The All-Pro defender showed interest in potentially playing for the Los Angeles Chargers.

ESPN NFL analyst Mina Kimes pitched the Chargers as a possible destination for Suh, who apparently showed some interest in such a possibility.

Los Angeles would certainly make sense for the free agent, as he would be joining a defense that has added two Pro Bowl talents, Khalil Mack and J.C. Jackson, to a group that already features elite players, like Joey Bosa and Derwin James.

Suh, 35, is coming off of a season that saw him tally six sacks, 27 tackles and seven tackles for loss. Gone are the days of the former Lions star terrorizing opposing offensive linemen en route to All-Pro honors.

However, he could be a key cog in a Chargers defense that figures to be among the league's most improved in 2022. Could this be Suh's next destination this NFL offseason?
