The Chicago Bears are headed across the pond to take on the Oakland Raiders in London for Week 5 of the 2019 NFL season. Although it has not been the prettiest start, the Bears are 3-1 and have a chance to potentially secure first place in the NFC North this weekend.

They will be squaring off against a Raiders team that has surprised many with their 2-2 record thus far. Like the Bears, the Raiders are still looking to make adjustments, however, they have proven to be a formidable opponent if overlooked.

It is no secret that Chicago's defense has largely carried them to their stellar start. Regardless, the offense has started to show some signs of improvement in recent weeks.

Here are three bold predictions for the Bears' offense versus the Raiders.

1. David Montgomery Posts First Career 100-Yard Rushing Game

There had been plenty of hype surrounding running back David Montgomery coming into the 2019 campaign after the rookie managed to turn heads during training camp and the preseason. Although he has somewhat struggled to find his footing thus far, it is not for a lack of touches.

Following a slow start to the year, the former third-round pick has now garnered at least 16 touches in the last three games. Chicago had no problem feeding him 21 carries against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 4. Unfortunately, he was only able to average a mere 2.5 yards per carry.

The Raiders are a middling run defense giving up 104.5 yards per game this year. Montgomery's heavy workload could result in a massive day on the ground for him.

2. Chase Daniel Becomes First Bears QB To Throw For 300 Yards In A Game This Season

Chicago suffered a bit of a setback after quarterback Mitchell Trubisky dislocated his left shoulder in Week 4. As a result, backup quarterback Chase Daniel is slated to take over against Oakland.

Daniel proved to be a viable replacement by leading the Bears to their only touchdown of the game after filling in for Trubisky. More importantly, he was accurate and looked rather comfortable directing the offense en route to completing 22-of-30 passes for 195 yards.

Daniel has now had a full week of working with the starters and will have the entire game at his disposal to go to work.

3. Allen Robinson Will End Drought With Two TD Receptions

Wide receiver Allen Robinson has had no problem establishing himself as the No. 1 option in the passing game. With Taylor Gabriel sidelined, there is a rather large gap between him and the next most viable option in the receiving corps.

Despite Trubisky's struggles this season, Robinson has still managed to put together a solid stat line for himself with 24 receptions for 280 yards. However, he still has yet to reach the end zone after Gabriel poached all of his touchdowns in Week 3.

Fortunately, this week's matchup against a porous Raiders' secondary could be just what he needs to end the drought. Daniel has proven to be more capable of putting this offense in scoring position than Trubisky was and Robinson could very well be the biggest beneficiary of the change.
