Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid of enjoying his first Super Bowl title as the lead man in charge. It appears he already has his eyes set on building a potential dynasty.

The Chiefs are currently celebrating their win with a Super Bowl parade in Kansas City. According to Lynn Worthy of The Kansas City Star, Reid wants to enjoy a few more of these before he is done:

“Once you’ve been there and experienced it, you want to go back,” Reid said. “I was lucky enough when I was younger, coaching at Green Bay, that I went to a couple of these. It’s great when you win, but there’s an urgency that you feel to get back. You’ve got to step back and then relax for a minute, then it’s time to go. You’ll be everybody’s best game.”

There has been plenty of speculation regarding Reid's plans for the future now that he finally managed to get over the hump. The 61-year-old has made it clear that he hopes to get a few more shots at the title before retirement.

There is certainly good reason for Reid to be optimistic about the Chiefs' chances. He has even acknowledged the emergence of quarterback Patrick Mahomes has helped make his job much easier than in year's past. It appears he is hoping to take full advantage of the success that lies ahead for Mahomes and the team as a whole beyond the 2019 NFL season.

The Chiefs are already projected among the favorites to defend their title in the 2020 NFL season. The onus will fall on Andy Reid to ensure that they are able to avoid the dreaded Super Bowl hangover this offseason.
