Donald Trump has revealed that the Kansas City Chiefs will indeed be visiting the White House, and it will be happening pretty soon. Since Trump has become president, it always seems like there have been questions about if teams will be making the trip to Washington D.C.

“The Super Bowl champions are coming, I think next week,” Trump said Thursday via KMBC.com. “Soon. Very soon. Every one of them want to be here. And the coach loves us. The coach is great. Andy Reid.”

“Every one of them want to be here.”

Andy Reid was asked on Monday about visiting the White House and he said it would be an honor.

“I mean, I’ll be there,” Reid said. “If they’re inviting us, I’ll be there. It’s quite an honor.”

Richard Sherman and other San Francisco 49es players said they wouldn't be attending a ceremony if they won the Super Bowl, but they won't be getting the choice now. There haven't been any Chiefs players who have said they won't be attending, but there is still time for each player to make a decision,.

The big question for the players who attend is what type of food is going to be served. Trump has been known for serving fast food, and with NFL players coming it's hard to imagine he will change that.

It might be frustrating for some, but Reid has made it clear his love for cheeseburgers, so as long as there is a Big Mac and McDouble, the future Hall of Fame coach should be happy.
