The Kansas City Chiefs are the last team standing after an exciting comeback against the San Francisco 49ers during Super Bowl LIV. Their strong finish to an exciting game at Hard Rock Stadium had Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark convinced of one thing: the Chiefs are now the team to beat in the NFL.

An obvious ecstatic Clark was interviewed after his team's initial celebration in the locker room. The media, including ESPN's Adam Teicher, asked him about the game and what the future now holds for the Chiefs and the rest of the NFL. He gave a straightforward answer that was probably due to the happiness he was experiencing at the moment.

It's understandable why Clark thinks this way. The Chiefs looked on the verge of defeat during the fourth quarter. However, the defense managed to make multiple stops. Clark had a good game as he finished with two QB hits and a sack during the game.

The offense responded to the defense's efforts in kind to close out the game. Patrick Mahomes played one of the best fourth quarters in his career as he helped the Chiefs complete three touchdown drives in the final 12 minutes of the game. The fact that they even managed to achieve that was nothing short of absurd.

Since the Super Bowl has just come and gone, the Chiefs will be looking to celebrate their win as much as they can. However, once the season begins anew in September, expect these Chiefs to start with a new fire to defend their spot as the league's best.
