Many prospects across the league are signing their rookie deals, making their tenure with their new teams official. On Friday, the Kansas City Chiefs reached an agreement with second-round pick Skyy Moore, who is in line to be a major contributor for years to come. However, fellow teammate Juju Smith-Schuster had a hilarious reaction to Moore's signing.
Aaron Ladd pointed it out on his Twitter account, as Smith-Schuster sent a funny message to Skyy Moore on Instagram. It looks like the rookie hazing is already beginning in Kansas City. Juju Smith-Schuster clearly looks forward to a nice meal now that his teammate is signed with the Chiefs. For Moore's sake, hopefully, the former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver eats like a bird.

This is great to see for the Chiefs though. They lock up an exciting receiver prospect who has the potential to be a star pass option for Patrick Mahomes. Additionally, it looks like chemistry is already being built between two new teammates on the roster. Kansas City is going to need this collaboration to be in full swing if they hope to be competitive this year. Especially after trading away Tyreek Hill.
It'll be interesting to see what kind of role Skyy Moore will have in his rookie year. Juju Smith-Schuster will likely be the top pass option outside of Travis Kelce. However, Moore will have a chance to be a top-two wideout in Kansas City. This will be a camp battle to pay attention to, as the Chiefs have reconstructed their wide receiver core for the 2022 season.
So, congratulations to Skyy Moore for signing his deal. Also, congratulations to Juju Smith-Schuster, as it sounds like he'll have a free dinner soon.
