Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is excellent at his job, which is something quarterback Patrick Mahomes can certainly agree with. Mahomes has blossomed into a superstar quarterback under Reid's tutelage.

Mahomes is also learning that Reid is an excellent coach off the field when it comes to changing diapers. The Chiefs star is amazing as a quarterback, but he admitted to Kay Adams of NFL Network's Good Morning Football that he's not the best at changing the diapers of his 6-month-old daughter, Sterling.

So, Reid has been giving him some tips (h/t TMZ Sports):

“You gotta have the right mentality going in. I think that’s the biggest thing he preaches to me,” Mahomes said.

“You gotta have the right mindset going in and know that you might face some adversity when you’re there.”

Here's the full conversation Mahomes had with Adams:

Mahomes, who usually doesn't crack under pressure, admits he sometimes cracks under pressure when he's changing a diaper and his baby is just screaming and crying and moving all around.

But as Mahomes gets used to all of this, Reid is there with some words of wisdom, as is his fiancĂ©e, Brittany Matthews.Â
