Tampa Bay Buccaneers star tight end Rob Gronkowski has nothing but praise for his Kansas City Chiefs counterpart Travis Kelce.

During his media session on Monday prior to Super Bow LV, Gronkowski outright said Kelce is “the best player on the Chiefs' offense.” Furthermore, Gronkowski, who is arguably the best tight end in NFL history, gave a very truthful statement about Kelce's impressive career (via Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star).

The career numbers of the fleet-footed Kelce indeed show that he ups the ante every season, improving in different facets across the board. This season, he averaged a career-high 1,416 receiving yards, which is also the most by any tight end in a single campaign in NFL history, surpassing San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle. Kelce also tallied career-bests of 105 receptions and 11 touchdowns.

Considering that Kelce is only 31 years old and is in the midst of his prime, it wouldn't be surprising if he tops his numbers this past season, which is clearly the best of his laudable career, or even Gronkowski's laundry list of achievements.
